Este fin de semana he acabado la primera novela del primer Omnibus de los Ultramarines, "Nightbringer", de Graham McNeill. Me ha parecido una buena forma de introducirme en el mundo del Imperio Humano, además de coger ideas para un futuro ejército de marines. Siendo rápida y sencilla de leer, la he acabado en unos días.
La novela trata sobre el ascenso del sargento Uriel al rango de Capitán, y su primera misión de combate en un mundo Imperial. Traiciones, batallas espaciales y combates en catacumbas se suceden a ritmo trepidante. Todo lo que necesita un adepto a Warhammer.
This weekend I've finished the first novel from the first Ultramarines Omnibus, "Nightbringer", by Graham McNeill. It's been a good way to introduce myself into the world of the Human Empire, also taking some ideas for a future marines army. Being fast and easy to read, I've finished it into in just some days.
The novel is about the rise of sergeant Uriel to the rank of Captain, and his first combat mission in an Imperial world. Treasons, space battles and fights in catacombs take place at a fast pace. All that a Warhammer-adept needs.
